What is it
Angles measure the amount of turn between two lines meeting at a point, measured in degrees — covering acute, obtuse, reflex and right angles, and how angles on a straight line or around a point add up.
Why it matters
Angle facts are used constantly in GCSE geometry problems, where a chain of reasoning ('this angle is 40° because...') often earns as many marks as the final answer itself.
