When you use our contact form, email us, call, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number and your message. We use this to reply to you, provide quotes, arrange lessons or services, and keep a record of our correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you become a client, the performance of a contract.
Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, which transmits your message to our inbox and does not use your data for its own purposes.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type and how you found us. This information is aggregated and does not directly identify you. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the site through heatmaps and session replays (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and page interactions). Clarity masks sensitive input content and sets cookies to recognise repeat visits. We use this to improve usability, fix problems and make the site clearer.
