These terms govern your use of https://mostak.co.uk, operated by Mostak Services (“we”, “us”). By browsing the site, submitting the contact form, or chatting with Mo, you're agreeing to them. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle personal data specifically — read that too if you're getting in touch with us.

2. Who this site is for

The site itself is open to anyone. Tutoring enquiries for a student under 18 should come from a parent or guardian, not the student directly — the same rule set out in our Privacy Policy. We work with clients in the UK and internationally; nothing here restricts the site to a particular country, though individual services may have their own practical limits (time zones, curriculum coverage) that we'll always tell you about directly.

3. What this site is (and isn't)

This is an informational and enquiry-based site for Mostak Services' web development, bespoke software, networking support, software testing and tutoring work. It doesn't process payments, and the contact form is a request, not an instant booking — a real person confirms details with you afterward. Nothing on this site should be read as a guaranteed price, start date or availability until we've confirmed it directly with you.

4. Using the site reasonably

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to send unsolicited spam through our forms;
• attempt to scrape, mass-copy or automatically harvest the site's content;
• try to disrupt, overload or interfere with the site, Mo, or the servers behind them;
• impersonate someone else, or misrepresent your relationship to a student, when making an enquiry.

5. Chatting with Mo

Mo, our chat widget, answers general questions about our services from a curated set of information — it's a starting point, not a binding quote or professional advice, and it can get things wrong or fail to have an answer. For anything that matters — pricing, availability, technical specifics — treat Mo's answer as a pointer toward the real conversation with us, not the final word. 6. Our content

The text, diagrams, illustrations and design on this site are original work, created for Mostak Services, and belong to us unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to read, share a link to, or quote a short excerpt of a blog post with credit and a link back — but please don't republish whole articles, diagrams or page content elsewhere without asking us first.

7. Information on this site

Our blog and tutoring pages explain topics in plain language to help students and parents understand why something matters — they're a teaching aid, not a substitute for your actual exam board's official specification, and not professional, legal or financial advice. Curriculum content changes over time; always check the current spec for anything exam-critical.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — maintenance, hosting issues or things outside our control can occasionally cause downtime. We may update, correct or remove content on the site at any time without prior notice.

9. Links to other websites

Some pages link to third-party sites — WhatsApp, the Information Commissioner's Office, Microsoft's privacy documentation, and similar. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or policies once you've left ours.

10. If something goes wrong

We work to keep this site accurate and functioning correctly, but to the extent permitted by law, we don't accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site itself (as distinct from any tutoring or project work we're separately contracted to deliver, which is governed by its own agreement with you). Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud — those are never excluded.

We may update these terms as the site changes — for example when a new feature like Mo was added. We'll revise the “last updated” date above when we do; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
